Tracey
Manager

Tracey was previously employed as the Chief Financial Officer for QK Technologies for nine years and has worked with owners and directors and offering advice on Accounting systems, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resources Management within the Childcare Industry. 

Tracey created a business – Bronze Business Services, to help with the financial aspects of Childcare Centres.  Bronze Business Services not only supports the Childcare Industry but also has extensive knowledge and experience in Medical practices, services industries, building and architectural industries and clothing apparel industries to name a few.

Tracey is a member of the Tax Practitioners Board, Australian HR Institute and the Institute of Public Accountants.

Melissa
Operations Manager

Melissa ‘s experience comes from 30 years in the Childcare sector prior to joining the CDS team. She has held roles such as Room Leader, Director, Centre Support Manager and Administration Manager.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Sarah
National Funding and Systems Specialist

Sarah has previously worked for a large national childcare group as their Systems & Funding Manager. Sarah has great experience for more than a decade as the National Sales and Training Rep for QikKids and in that time, created the QK health check audits and rolled out QK Training roadshows around Australia. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge relating to the child care subsidy system.

Sarah holds qualifications in Childcare and community welfare.

Karen
WHS & Business Support

Karen has held positions such as Operation Manager, Business Manager, and currently WHS and Business Support Officer. She has worked within the sector for the last 20 years.

She is passionate about empowering others so that they can make safe choices in their services to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children and educators.

Karen is a licensed Backsafe trainer which gives her the opportunity to help prevent and train people on the how’s and why’s of back safety, as well as design online training courses specific for the Childcare Sector.

Karen holds a Diploma Work Health and Safety (BSB51315) , Certificate 4 Training and Assessment (TAE40116) , Mental Health First Aider and licensed Backsafe trainer.

Cassie
Senior Business Support

Cassie has worked in the Early Learning Sector for just over 11 years. With experience and roles as senior educator, Assistant Centre Director, CD Mentor, Centre Director and Supporting Area Manager.

Cassie holds a Diploma in Children’s services.

Kirsty D
Senior Business Support

Kirsty has previously worked in the children service sector for over 10 year and has held such roles as Lead Educator, OSHC administration, and Children service finance administrator. Kirsty’s last role was working as a QikKids support officer for a large not for profit organisation that had both LDC and OSHC services.

Kirsty holds a diploma in Children’s Services

Senior Business Support

Zinia has previously worked in the Childcare sector for the past 7 years and has held roles such as Lead Educator, Educational Leader and Assistant Centre Manager.

Zinia holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Danielle
Team Member

Danielle has worked in the Childcare sector for the past 10 years and has held roles such as Lead Educator, Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager.

Danielle holds a Diploma Of Children’s Services – Early Childhood Education & Care.

Kirsty J
Team Member

Kirsty has previously worked in the Child Care sector for 25 years and has held roles such as Lead Educator, Second in charge and Director.

Kirsty holds an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services and a Certificate 4 in Frontline management.

Rhiannon
Team Member

Rhiannon has previously worked in the childcare sector for the past 8 years.

Rhiannon’s previous role was working for a large not for profit organisation as one of the QikKids specialists.

Stephanie
Team Member

Stephanie has previously worked in the Early Learning sector for over 12 years and has held roles such as room leader, Assistant Director & Nominated Supervisor.

Stephanie holds a Diploma in Children’s Services.

Tamarin
Team Member

Tamarin has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 8 years and has held roles such as Childcare Assistant, with her last role being an Administration/Finance Officer for a LDC.

Tamarin holds a Certificate III in School Support Services.

Teegan
Team Member

Teegan has previously worked in primary schools, out of school hours care and early childhood services for the past ten years. With differing roles such as classroom teacher, lead educator, nominated supervisor and operations manager.

Teegan holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary School and a Masters in Child Psychology.

Sheryl
Team Member

Sheryl has previously worked in the Early Years Learning Sector for over 19 Years. Sheryl has experience in Centre Based Services as Senior Educator through to Centre Manager and also worked for a Family Day Care Service as Coordinator through to CCS Administration.

Sheryl holds a Diploma in Children’s Services.

Shelley
Team Member

Shelley has worked in the Early Learning Sector for 14 years. She has held roles such as an Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Assistant Director, and Administration Assistant.

Her last role was as an Administration Mentor training new Administration Assistants for a large Childcare Group.

Team Member

Shai has worked in the Early Learning sector for over 11 years and has held roles such as Room leader, Director & Nominated Supervisor.

She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
