She also has in-depth knowledge of the Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) and is highly experienced in supporting providers to navigate eligibility requirements, application processes, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Sarah has previously worked for a large national childcare group as their Systems & Funding Manager. Sarah has great experience for more than a decade as the National Sales and Training Rep for QikKids and in that time, created the QK health check audits and rolled out QK Training roadshows around Australia. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge relating to the child care subsidy system.
Sarah holds qualifications in Childcare and community welfare.
Karen has held positions such as Operation Manager, Business Manager, and currently WHS and Business Support Officer. She has worked within the sector for the last 20 years.
She is passionate about empowering others so that they can make safe choices in their services to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children and educators.
Karen is a licensed Backsafe trainer which gives her the opportunity to help prevent and train people on the how’s and why’s of back safety, as well as design online training courses specific for the Childcare Sector.
Karen holds a Diploma Work Health and Safety (BSB51315) , Certificate 4 Training and Assessment (TAE40116) , Mental Health First Aider and licensed Backsafe trainer.
Simone brings a strong background in administration, leadership, and customer service, built through many years in the hospitality industry where she held a range of supervisory and management roles. She has successfully transferred these skills into the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, providing valuable administrative and operational support.
After transitioning to a Data Entry Assistant role at the Head Office of a large childcare organisation, Simone gained hands-on experience using Child Care Subsidy (CCS) software and developed a strong understanding of industry processes and administration.
