CDS assists users in providing weekly QikKids data administration, offsite QikKids training, and the implementation of the QK Enhanced product range (QK Kiosk, QK Enrol). CDS in partnership with QK Technologies also undertakes QK Health Checks which involves investigating issues relating to the complex arena of processing data relevant to CCSS submissions.

Tracey was previously employed as the Chief Financial Officer for QK Technologies for nine years and has worked with owners and directors and offering advice on Accounting systems, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resources Management within the Childcare Industry.
Tracey created a business – Bronze Business Services, to help with the financial aspects of Childcare Centres. Bronze Business Services not only supports the Childcare Industry but also has extensive knowledge and experience in Medical practices, services industries, building and architectural industries and clothing apparel industries to name a few.
Tracey is a member of the Tax Practitioners Board, Australian HR Institute and the Institute of Public Accountants.
Sales and Marketing
Karen has previously worked in retail before the Childcare Sector, with over 10 years of management experience. She has experience working in Operations within OSHC services and has been assisting services for the last 2 years with Sustainability and Workplace Health and Safety goals as well as managing the team for Custom Data.
Karen holds a Certificate 3 in Retail, Certificate in Advanced Sustainability for Educators, Certificate in WHS Risk Management, Certificate 4 Workplace Health and Safety, currently studying Certificate 4 in School Aged Care and Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety
QikKids Administration Trainer
Malarie has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 10 years and has held roles such as Educator and Assistant Director
Malarie has also worked at QK Technologies for 3 years as a support officer, and then moving to sales where she specialised in QK Enrol and QK Kiosk.
Malarie holds a Diploma of Children’s Services
Team Leader - Operations
Melanie has a diverse background in Recreation, Children’s Services, Community Services and Disability sectors. She has previously worked for large not for profit and government organisations in key leadership roles from managing stakeholders, business operations and administration.
Melanie holds a Certificate 3 in Children Services and is known for her strong work ethic, collaborative approach and customer centric focus in all aspects of work delivery.

Angie has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 8 years and has held roles such as Lead Educator and Service Manager of a LDC
Angie holds a Diploma of Business Management and Leadership and an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services
Zarnie has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 5 years, and has held roles such as Co-ordinator and Assistant Director
Zarnie has also worked at QK Technologies for 2 years as a support officer and a trainer
Zarnie holds a Diploma of Children Services
Jassmyn has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 2 years and has held the role of Co-ordinator
Jassmyn has also worked for QikKids for 7 years as a support officer, and onboarding (Qk Enhanced products)
Jassmyn holds a Diploma in Community Welfare Work and a Certificate 4 in Residential Interior Design
Kate has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 8 years and has held roles such as Lead Educator, Second In Charge and Co Director.
Kate holds a Diploma of Children’s Services.
Estelle has previously worked in the Childcare sector for 4 years and has held roles such as Group Leader and Assistant Coordinator.
Estelle has also worked for Qikkids, with 2 years on the Support Team and 6 months facilitating CCS Webinars.
Estelle holds a Diploma of School Aged Care and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Melissa has previously worked in the Childcare sector for 30 years and has held roles such as Room Leader, Director, Centre Support Manager and Administration Manager.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Tamarin has previously worked in the Childcare Sector for 5 years and has held roles such as Childcare Assistant, with her last role being an Administration/Finance Officer for a LDC.
Tamarin holds a Certificate III in School Support Services.
Kirsty has previously working in the children service sector for 10 year and has held such roles as Lead Educator, OSHC administration, and Children service finance administrator. Kirsty’s last role was working as a QikKids support officer for a large not for profit organisation that had both LDC and OSHC services.
Kirsty hold a diploma in Children Services.
